The Narrows Retreat is located in the heart of Waikato, just minutes from Hamilton City, Cambridge and Te Awamutu.
The retreat is a historic landmark and a family home in a semi-rural setting. It is nestled amongst trees and sits proudly along the Waikato River. Accommodations are cosy with a touch of luxury. All linen is provided. WiFi and breakfast are included. Evening meals are available upon request.
All meals, desserts and baking are of gourmet quality, and are prepared by our very own resident chef.
We offer accommodation to visiting speakers, scientists, musicians, other professionals and regular travellers who are tired of living in motels and are seeking to live in a family setting in pleasant surroundings. We also offer accommodation during Field Days. The Mystery Creek Events Centre is only minutes away.
We love interesting conversations, good food and log fires.
