Your 1/2 Day Renewal: A Personal Pause

This 3-hour private session is designed to give you exactly what you need in a short, powerful burst. Think of it as a mini-retreat, a “spa-like pampering for your soul.”

When you book, we will decide on one of two paths:

Option 1: A Time for Deep Relaxation

This path is for pure rest and renewal. I will gently guide you through restorative yoga poses (no experience needed), deep relaxation exercises, guided meditations, and uplifting inspiration. Your only job is to breathe and receive.

Option 2: A Time for Focused Learning

This path is a focused, private workshop. We can dive into a specific topic you want to master. This could be a personal session on healing your chakras, cultivating your intuition, learning to heal with energy, or a private “learn to meditate” course.

You will be spending time with me, a lifelong disciple of Paramhansa Yogananda. We will live the principle of “Plain Living and High Thinking.”
