Participate in guided meditations, meditative activities, inspiring discussion, wholesome food and fellowship with like-minded people in a beautifully relaxing environment. Engage in practices for the body, mind and soul and leave feeling renewed, recharged and inspired.

This retreat is an opportunity to create greater self-awareness, and gain tools and skills for discovering and connecting with your true nature, the wholesome you.

10:00 – 10:15  Welcome and Introduction
10:15 – 11:15  Preparing to Meditate: Working with breath, movement and energy
11:15 – 12:30  Introduction to meditation – Instructions and Guided Meditation
12:30 – 1:30   LUNCH
1:30 – 2:30    Power of silence – Guided Seclusion
2.30 – 3.15 Rekindling your intent – A symbolic ritual & inspirational talk Keeping the Flame Alive: How to bring the benefits of a meditation retreat into your daily life

*Inspirational talk subjects could cover a variety of topics including: ways to deepen your meditation, how to calm a turbulent mind, engaging the heart in meditation, overcoming obstacles in your Meditation, signs of spiritual progress.

What to bring:
• Please bring a plate of vegetarian food for a shared lunch. If you have special dietary requirements then please BYO lunch
• A meditation stool or cushion if you like to use one. We have several seating options (chairs, cushions, meditation benches) available.
• A blanket or shawl to keep you warm and cosy during meditation

Your contribution: $80  

+ a plate of vegetarian food for shared lunch or BYO if you have special dietary requirements.
