Start Anytime, from Anywhere in NZ: Enjoy the freedom to begin whenever you’re ready and work at your own pace.
One-on-One Online Classes: Connect with your teacher via Zoom for guided meditation, practical techniques, and heartfelt support. Schedule sessions at a pace that works for you. Each session lasts up to 1 hour 15 minutes, giving you plenty of time for personalised instruction and practice.
Exclusive Resources: Access downloadable PDFs, instructional videos, and quizzes to deepen your understanding and practice at your own pace.
Weekly Practice Routines: Get a customised routine each week to help you stay consistent and deepen your practice.
Personal Feedback: Your teacher will provide tailored feedback and guidance to ensure you’re progressing confidently.
Fee: $250 includes 4 private sessions
Enrol an extra person for just $50 more (perfect for a friend or family member to join you on this journey).
