We offer a structured pathway designed to help you deepen your experience of meditation. Our programme includes:

  • 4x 50-Minute Private Sessions: These online sessions are tailored to your individual needs. During this time, you can also discuss your practice or anything else on your mind. Our teachers are not only experienced meditators but are also trained in spiritual counselling, providing holistic support on your meditation journey.

If you wish to continue after these initial four weeks, we offer additional programmes to help you keep moving forward and further enhance your meditation practice.

Choose Your Teacher

Select from a range of experienced teachers to find the one whose background and experience resonate most with you. While all our teachers use the same meditation techniques, each brings a unique perspective and background to their practice.

To choose your teacher:

  1. Explore Backgrounds: Learn about the diverse experiences and backgrounds of our teachers to find the one that aligns best with your personal preferences.
  2. Any Available Teacher: If you prefer, select the option of “Any available teacher,” and we will assign a teacher to you.
  3. Book a Session: You can book your session by clicking on the link below

After booking, your teacher will reach out to arrange a time that suits both you and the teacher.

Your contribution of $250 includes:

  • Four 50-minute sessions
  • Supplemental resources
  • Guidance and support from your teacher for your practice

For an extra $50, totaling $300, you can include one more person in the sessions.

Meet Kavita

Kavita’s exploration of meditation began in her youth, inspired by her grandfather’s calm, loving, and wise example. His gentle spirit and deep wisdom left a lasting impression on her. 

Her practice truly blossomed after discovering the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda, especially through his classic book, Autobiography of a Yogi. For over 30 years, Kavita has been devoted to the meditation techniques of Kriya Yoga. 

As an experienced meditation teacher and spiritual counsellor, Kavita has a gift for using stories and metaphors to simplify complex concepts. She has guided many individuals through life’s transitions, providing clarity and support during times of confusion and feeling stuck. 

 Kavita believes in the limitless potential of every individual, inspiring growth and transformation in all those she guides. 

Availability: Most days, with both daytime and evening sessions available.


Meet Shellee

Shellee discovered meditation eight years ago after facing health challenges, and it has since become a cornerstone of her life. She works in early childhood education, where the philosophy she learned through meditation practices informs her professional approach. As an early childhood educator, she frequently offers guidance to parents, drawing from her professional expertise and personal experience as a parent of grown children. A firm believer in the power of nature play, Shellee is dedicated to helping parents cultivate well-rounded, balanced children equipped to thrive in today’s world.

Shellee is both a meditation teacher and a highly compassionate spiritual counsellor. She has guided people through grief journeys and relationship challenges, offering a steady, understanding presence.

Shellee knows firsthand the power of meditation in uplifting the mind to make better choices, both for one’s physical health and overall well-being.

Availability: Mostly evenings and weekends, as Shellee works full-time as an early childhood educator.


Bernie has spent the majority of his professional life in the automotive sales industry, engaging with people daily. Despite his success in this career, he always felt a sense of incompleteness, as if something essential was missing.
