Wisdom of the Chakras: An Experiential Workshop

    Your contribution $25
Financial Members: This workshop is included with your monthly contributions

The chakras, the energy-distribution centers in our spine and brain, hold the keys to physical and emotional health. They also clearly describe the stages we all follow along our path to spiritual enlightenment.

You will learn how to unblock your chakras and increase the flow of life-force in your astral body, two key chapters in the study of yoga. More importantly, by learning certain techniques you will begin to experience the reality of chakras and their healing effects on the body and mind.

Practical Exercise: Learn chakra-awakening exercises including, breathing, chanting, and meditations, working with color and sound, affirmations, and visualizations for each chakra to attune more deeply to these astral energies.

Drop me a line if you wish to attend this workshop

    Kirtan (Devotional Chanting) Evening

The purpose of chanting is to quiet the mind and prepare it for meditation.
Devotional chanting is one of the most powerful tools on the spiritual path for transforming consciousness by opening the heart and increasing receptivity.
The subtle vibrations of chant literally change and uplift the very thoughts that arise in our minds.
Paramhansa Yogananda said “chanting is half the battle!!!”

Join us for 1.5 hours of devotional chanting. No experience necessary.
No registrations required. Simply turn up. Or drop me a line if you have any questions.
