Our 2-day yoga and meditation retreats offer personal transformation through yoga, meditation, inspiring discussion, wholesome food and fellowship with like-minded people in a relaxing environment. Engage in practices for the body, mind and soul and leave feeling renewed, recharged and inspired.

Whether you are new to yoga and meditation or have an established practice we aim to provide you with the complete yoga experience. It’s an opportunity to build your practice, or if you are a beginner create a strong foundation and knowledge. All our retreats are based on powerful teachings of the ancient yogis and are brought to you by experienced teachers.

• Take part in energization exercises and yoga poses
• Participate in a simple and effective meditation practice
• Engage in discussions on yogic wisdom for health and happiness

10:00 – 11.30  Introduction to Energisation Exercises and Classical Yoga Postures
11:30 – 12:30  Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Guided Meditation
12:30 – 1:30   LUNCH
1:30 – 3.00    Guided Mini-Seclusion
3:00 – 4:00    Inspirational Talk: The Doorway to Inner Peace

Sunday
10:00 – 11.30  Deepen your experience of energisation exercises and yoga postures
11:30 – 12:30  Moving deeper into your meditation
12:30 – 1:30   LUNCH
1:30 – 2.30    Creative Activity
2:30 – 3:00    Ritual to rekindle and set your intentions
3:00 – 3:30    Keeping the flame alive: Taking these skills into everyday living (Group discussion)

*Inspirational talk subjects could cover a variety of topics including: ways to deepen your meditation, how to calm a turbulent mind, engaging the heart in meditation, overcoming obstacles in your Meditation, signs of spiritual progress.

What to bring:
• A yoga mat if you have one
• A meditation stool or cushion if you like to use one. We have several seating options (chairs, cushions, stools, floor sitting) available
• A blanket or shawl to keep you warm and cosy during meditation

Please note this is a non-residential retreat. If you are coming from out of town you will need to organise your own accommodation. We have a few places available at our retreat. We can also suggest nearby options.
